We are now accepting appointments, on a first come first serve basis, for the outpatient treatment of dependence on all opioids or heroin.
Payment is expected at time of service.
Office visits are private pay only. However, we will provide you with a receipt which you may submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. We will also file your PA (pre- authorization) to your private insurance company so you may receive prescription benefits.
PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to accept Medicare Part B patients. Also, because Medicaid reimbursement is insufficient to pay for your care and recent changes in Kentucky State Law prohibit any patient from paying out-of-pocket AND any physician or facility from accepting such payment for addiction treatment, we regretfully are unable to treat patients with Medicaid. Our billing personnel are on site to answer any questions concerning insurance, Medicaid, or payment options.
We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MC, Discover, American Express, bank and debit cards, Money Orders and Cash. Please, no personal checks!
