The Lexington Center’s Medication Maintenance Therapy Program provides opioid replacement therapy, known as MAT (or Medication Assisted Treatment), in a safe and friendly environment that is focused on recovery, relapse prevention, and a lasting return to a drug free life ... one free from ALL opioids. MAT is effective in the treatment of opioid use disorders and can help some people to sustain recovery. The use of anti-craving medicine along with comprehensive therapy and support can help address issues related to opioid dependence, including withdrawal, cravings and relapse prevention.

Here at The Lexington Center, we believe that for true recovery three elements should exist:

1. Strong lasting psychosocial support in the home (Family, Friends, etc)

2. Enduring & Consistent Counseling Sessions with experienced and certified counselors. (CADC's)
